Living A Healthy Life

 
Everyone complains about how overweight they are, how stressful there life is, and how they wish they could live a healthier life. I’ve honestly never met someone who has actually tried to fix any of those three things. People go around complaining, but never do anything about it. In my opinion, if you have enough time and motivation to blab all day about how you need to change these unhealthy things in your life, then you will surely have enough time to motivate yourself to improve your health.

There are a million and one ways to make yourself healthier, skinnier, and less stressful and to basically lead a lifestyle that you are happy with. When it comes to weight there are two obvious things to work on: what you consume, and how you burn what you consume. Being stressful can seem like a impossible thing to overcome sometimes, but it’s really not. There are plenty of ways to reduce the amount of stress in your life, like eating healthy, meditating, doing yoga, writing in a journal, laughter and many more. Health is an essential part to living, the healthier you are the happier you are; the longer you live. You can do a million things to make yourself healthier, such as: Living a drug free life, eating the right way, getting check ups at the doctor regularly, and exercising at least three times awake. Being at the right weight, and not being stressed out all the time also contributes to a healthy life style.

Let’s focus on the weight issue. Almost everyone in the world is concerned about the weight, whether they are underweight, overweight, or even at the right weight for their body. What you eat affects your weight the most. Although, i think that you can pretty much eat whatever you want, as long as its consumed in the right quantity, as long as you exercise. Some healthy food to eat everyday include: Nuts, Fruits, and Vegetables. Drinking right also helps; water and green tea are fabulous to drink! They help to boost your metabolism, a lot of foods help to do that as well. Soup, low-fat yogurt, Oatmeal, and hot peppers help to boost your metabolism and burn those calories faster!

Besides eating, exercising is very important to your weight and your health, and it even helps reduce stress in your life! Exercising is so simple, you could go out and walk for 15 minutes a day, or however long you want, you could job, ride bikes, ect;  there’s just a million things you could do! My favorite ways of exorcizing are walking, running, swimming, and riding bikes. They are fun to do, and they aren’t like, hard core workouts. You have to be really motivated to do any type of physical activity everyday; being healthier, happier, and skinner is enough motivation for me!

Time to talk about stress, I know, that every single person in the world gets stressed out at least once or twice a day. Most people are even stressed out all day long. Witch can really effect your health, your happiness, and even though this is off topic, its effects your temperament and mood ALOT! What i do when I’m stressed out or mad about something is write. No lie, i write in my journal about why im mad, who made me mad, what made me so stressed out, things like that. And after about five minutes of writing, im much less stressed and much less angry. Another thing i do to reduce stress that can really help is meditating. Some people might think that’s weird, but i find it extremely beneficial. It helps you calm down, and even think of resolutions to solve the problems that cause stress in your life. You can do this whenever you want, to get in a good habit of it, id do it at least once a day for about 15 minutes. The last thing that i do, that can really help eliminate stress is yoga. Its really fun, and it helps with your weight as well as reduce stress.

All those things can help with your health. Some other ways to make yourself happier though, are to make sure you go to the doctors for a check up or a annual exam. You can stay away from all those hard core drugs like cocaine, and ecstasy! Quit smoking, or make sure you never start. Avoid consuming too much alcohol. Exercising, eating healthy, and reducing stress from your like i said before. All those things will make your life way better. Make you look better, feel better, and just be happier!
