Have you ever watched the show The Burried Life ? Its about this group of guys who go around completing goals that they have before they die. Some of the things they do are crazy, and risky, but they do them anyways. I want to be like that. I want to be able to do anything i want, without being afraid of the consiquences or being afraid of how people will look at them after they do it. I want to have the guts to do EXACTLY what they do.
I figure that i have to make myself do at least 5 of the things I want to do before i die. Now, the list of thing i want to do goes on and on and on, but since im new at this, and kinda scared to complete some of these. Im starting out with 5. Im debating on what i want my five things to be. I kinda want to take the easy way out, and start off with 5 simple things. Then agian i want to be brave and take a risk, maybe do 5 insane things! Im going to think about this for a second.
So i decided that im going to pick 2 simple things to acheive, 1 kinda hard thing, and 2 crazy things!
My five things are:
1. Help an old lady cross the road, or help her with her grocerys. (Simple, and kind)
2. Go up to a radom person, hug them, and get their number, in hopes of becoming friends.
3. Find someone their soulmate, or at least hook them up with someone they really like.
4. Go for a jog at 2 a.m., around the block without anyone seeing me.
5. Go cliff diving.
I dont know when or how im going to do these things. I do know that, i WILL do these though. Im thinking that i will try to do the first 3 things by the end of this year. The last two i will have to save for spring, its too cold to do them now.
I feel really... awesome for being serious about doing this. I dont know how to explain it. Its just that most people are too afraid to do things they want, I used to be one of those people. Now though, im feeling really inspired and really brave. Im GOING to do these, and afterwards im going to feel incredible. After i complete these 5 things, i will come up with 5 more to complete. This should be interesting.
